The Brief
Bracknell Trampoline Centre (BTC) is a family run and community based organisation which was started in 2006. They are a recreational facility but have ties to Edgbarrow Trampoline Club, a local club boasting numerous Great British international competitors and 2 Olympians.
Bracknell reached out to me to help modernise the site and also make some large improvements to both the performance and security of the site.
The Approach
The site already had a strong design which meant only minor modifications where needed to bring it up to date. This was done whilst rebuilding the whole site on to a new, better performing code base plus also adding some new features that would help the coaches communicate better with their gymnasts.
The use of shortcodes also helped to allow large functional code pieces to be reused across the site to help reduce code duplication whilst also making it easier for admins to update the same content throughout the site effortlessly.
